About the Smile Team Christy Garcia Christy was born in Bryan Texas and graduated from Blinn College with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She has been with our team for 6 years as a Clinical Assistant. She enjoys working with all of our patients, mainly because there is no age limit in orthodontics. Seeing the beautiful smiles that our patients have after treatment is truly rewarding. Cindy Carter Cindy is one our Clinical Assistants and she has been with us for 10 years. She does have 3 years previously experience in the orthodontic field. All of her 13 years of experience has been in an orthodontic office. Cindy enjoys working with our patients and watching the transformation in their personality over their treatment time. Diane Ray Diane has recently joined our team in 2004. Her past experienced has been in the medical field but she became interested in working in orthodontics after being a former patient of ours. She is our Insurance Coordinator and also assists in scheduling appointments with our established and new patients. Michelle Walker Michelle has now been with our team 9 years as our Appointment Coordinator. She is one of the first people you meet when you come in the office. Her main responsibilities are making sure our patients are aware of their appointment dates and times. Also since she was a former patient, when patients call about questions about their treatment she can be very helpful with their concerns. Isabel Villalobos Isabel joined our team 2 years ago. She is our Lab technician and she also trained as a clinical assistant. She is responsible for pouring our models for diagnostic records and retainers and sterilization of our instruments. Isabel is bi-lingual and has been very helpful with our Spanish speaking patients. She is able to help our patients make appointments and understand their treatment. Julie Suzuki Julie moved to Texas in 1994 then started working for us in March of 1995. She comes from California with over 15 years experienced in general dentistry. She started her career in dentistry as a Dental Assistant and also has experienced in Hospital dentistry. Over the years she has worked in all aspects of the dental office. In 1995 she came to join our team as our Treatment Coordinator. Part of her responsibilities include making sure our new patients understand their treatment and help them follow through with treatment. After spending most of her career in general dentistry she really loves being in an orthodontic office. Watching people change and getting more confident with treatment is truly enjoyable. Patsy Fachorn Patsy has been with our team for 21 years and she is our Office Manager. Her primary responsibility is to assist our patients with their financial arrangements. She is also here to help with any questions concerning accounts and assuring that you are happy with the treatment rendered.
